Chat-first workflow

Every workspace has a chat session where you can ask Scopes to create, search, or open CRM records. Assistant replies can include inline action cards, search results, and links to record detail drawers.

Action cards

When Scopes detects a create intent, it shows an action card in the thread. Click the card to open a drawer, fill in details, and save — without leaving chat.

Search lists

Search tools return compact list rows with one-click open. Pick a row to preview the record in a drawer or jump to the full CRM page.

The public landing demo uses local replies and register prompts only. Signed-in workspace chat at /app runs your configured AI provider and full CRM tools.
